Food is fresh very good for my health. I enjoy how everything is fresh plus there open early. All the ingredients are on top of each meal. you must try it

Fit Kitchen is the best meal prep in the valley. The owners keep it stocked with a variety of fresh and healthy meal preps. They have everything from overnight oats and breakfast bowls to lunch and dinner meal preps, as well as protein muffins that are so good; and they are all very reasonably priced. I am full after every meal, and the flavors are fire! I love that I can depend on Fit Kitchen to fuel my body and help me hit my fitness goals.

I have been using Fit Kitchen for the last several months and I must admit I was very skeptical at first. I had tried the meal prep companies in the past and was worried this would just be like the others, boring and tasteless. I have to say I was terribly wrong. This place is incredible. The meals are delicious. They last in the fridge and taste just as good on day 4 as they do on day 1. Erika and her team customize the meals for me which helps me hit my high daily protein number while keeping my calories in check. If you have fitness goals, are just trying to get back into the groove or looking for something quick and healthy I highly recommend this place.

This place is excellent and I recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule or trying to make them gains. TBH, Fit Kitchen Modesto has the best meal prep I've found. As a web designer glued to my computer, putting on weight was always a struggle. So Fit Kitchen leveled-up my nutrition game. I'd rock my morning workouts & swing by to pick up three weeks' worth of dinners and every single meal was chef's kiss delicious. The food was consistently on point, great portions, and exactly what my body needed to finally see progress. The owners and staff are hella friendly so If you're serious about meal prep in Modesto but don't have time to cook, this is one of the best spots. Great business, amazing people, and food that delivers results.

Would not be able to survive without these meals! Went many days just skipping breakfast until I found them and now I can’t live without! They travel really well for my busy work schedule. They are constantly making them fresh so the dates last long! The best part is they are delicious!
